The Hotel Innostar is in Labege, just outside Toulouse in the middle of the business district at 469 Rue de la Decouverte. The Hotel Innostar in Labege is about 10 minutes walk away from the main shopping center with a Carrefour and various cafes.
There is also a McDonalds just round the corner if you are want fast food in France. The room cost EUR53 for one night, including breakfast and free parking on site.
There are plenty of other (real) French restaurants nearby, offering burgers, authentic beef staples as well as Chinese and Japanese food. The local multiplex cinema is also a 10 minute walk away in case you are in the mood for some French speaking or dubbed movies.
Hotel Innostar Labege Review
The Innostar Hotel itself is made up of three separate buildings with the reception and the breakfast area being one of them. The three buildings are connected by a central pathway and the car park is just in front of this.
It felt nice staying there and I thought it was good value for money, especially that it only cost 53 euros for the night, including breakfast.
I got the key to the room after a swift check in and dropped my bags off after which my colleague and I went out for dinner.
The Room At The Innostar
The room was a twin room with two single beds and a separate shower room plus a double glazed window. When the window was fully closed it was very quiet in the room but when I opened it I could hear the cars driving past although there were hardly any after the offices closed and the workers went home.
There was a flat screen TV in the room and I turned it on after dinner but there were only French channels. My French is non-existence but I kept watching the Zoo vet as it was quite interesting and I could pick out some words.
French Adverts On TV
I am also fascinated by the French adverts as they are so different from other European, Asian or US adverts.
There are a lot of medicine adverts, coffee, chocolate and so on, made in a format that is very stylish yet different from other regions.

I had a long hot shower in the room which felt very nice as it was quite cold outside and I must have spent at least 10 minutes in the shower before I got out. The water was instantly hot and the towels smelled very clean, with a little bit of bleach undertone which I did not mind.
Free Breakfast At The Innostar
Breakfast was pretty good given that it was included in the price. There was fresh orange juice, very soft and fluffy croissant, tasty tea and some nutella and Danish pastry which I stuffed myself with in the end.
I only stayed one night and check out was pretty smooth – the room was already prepaid so I just needed to hand the key back and I was on my way straight away.
